    I’d like to return order: 20180208-0000015

    I have just received the package today.

    There’re things l would let you guys know, that
    Two of the items are not fit to me, while ‘acoustic_track06‘ have been damaged when i just unpacked it.

    Please tell me how to issue the refund.

    First of all, I'm sorry for late response on your request.

    I'd like to make you inquiry clear if you want to refund for all three items.

    For example, ACOUSTIC Track. 6, it is made of transparent acetate sheet, the scratches of inner side can seem to be damaged, but it is not.

    If you still like to get refund on all three of them, please go ahead and send items back to us, and the refund will be processed after we receive them.
